  1. Day 1 - TRANSATLANTIC FLIGHT TO TEL AVIV

    Today we depart from the USA to Tel Aviv, Israel. Meals served in flight.

  2. Day 2 - ARRIVE IN ISRAEL

    Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv and be transferred to our hotel in Tiberias for check-in, dinner and a good night’s sleep. (D)

  3. Day 3 - CAESAREA / MT. CARMEL / MEGIDDO / NAZARETH / CANA

    After our delicious buffet breakfast, we will travel to Caesarea by the Sea on the Mediterranean coastline. It was here that Cornelius the Centurion and his household were saved and baptized (Acts 10), and it was also where Paul made his defense before Festus and King Agrippa prior to his final journey to Rome (Acts 25 & 26). We’ll journey to the top of Mt. Carmel, where Elijah prayed down the fire from Heaven and defeated the 450 prophets of Baal (I Kings 18). Visit Megiddo and the Valley of Armageddon (Revelation 16). Pass through Nazareth, the boyhood home of Jesus (Luke 2), and Cana where Christ performed His first miracle (John 2), before arriving in Tiberias for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

  4. Day 4 - SEA OF GALILEE / CAPERNAUM / MT. OF BEATITUDES / BETHSAIDA / FISH LUNCH / BOAT RIDE / JORDAN RIVER BAPTISM

    After enjoying an Israeli buffet breakfast, we will spend most of our day around the Sea of Galilee. Drive along the shores of the lake, passing the area of Magdala, home of Mary Magdalene. Enter the 2,000-year-old remains of Capernaum (Luke 4) and stand in what is left of the synagogue in which our Lord ministered. Visit the traditional site where Jesus preached His Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), Tabgha commemorating the feeding of the 5,000 (Luke 9), Mensa Christi where the Lord appeared to the disciples after the resurrection (John 21), and the country of the Gadarenes (Matthew 8). After lunch, enjoy a beautiful boat ride across the Sea of Galilee and then stop at the Jordan River for a time of spiritual blessing. Tomorrow we journey to Jerusalem. (B/L/D)

  5. Day 5 - GIDEON’S SPRING / BET SHEAN / JORDAN VALLEY / VALLEY OF THE SHADOW / JERUSALEM

    Today we say goodbye to the Sea of Galilee and begin our journey south to Jerusalem. Visit Harod (Gideon’s Spring) where Gideon chose his army of 300 by observing how they drank from the spring (Judges 7). As our motor coach takes us through the Jordan Valley, visit the tel of Bet Shean where the bodies of King Saul and his sons hung from the city gates (I Samuel 31). If available we will visit the ruins of the ancient city of Jericho that was conquered by Joshua (Josh. 6:30). From Jericho, we can see the traditional site of the temptation of Jesus (Matt. 4:1-11). After stopping at the Valley of the Shadow in the Judean hills, we travel up to the holy city of Jerusalem. We take a few minutes to view the city before checking into our hotel for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

  6. Day 6 - BETHLEHEM / MODEL CITY / MT. OF OLIVES / SITE OF THE ASCENSION / PALM SUNDAY ROAD / GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE

    Visit Bethlehem (Luke 2), where our Lord was born. Understand better the Jerusalem of Jesus’ day with a look at First Century Model of the City of Jerusalem, now housed at the Israel Museum. Visit the Mt. of Olives (Luke 19 & II Samuel 15) and visit the Site of the Ascension (Acts 1). Take time to pray in the Garden of Gethsemane (John 18) and see olive trees that date back to the time of Christ. After a full day of sightseeing we will enjoy dinner and overnight in our hotel in Jerusalem. (B/D)

  7. Day 7 - VALLEY OF ELAH / MT. ZION / UPPER ROOM / CAIAPHAS' HOUSE / TEMPLE MOUNT / WESTERN WALL / SHOPPING TIME

    Journey through the Valley of Elah where David defeated Goliath (I Samuel 17). Proceed to Mt. Zion on the south side of Jerusalem, King David's city. Sing praises in the Upper Room (Luke 22) and go across the street to Caiaphas the High Priest's house (John 18) where we will walk through some of the ancient rooms. Visit the Temple Mount and touch a part of Herod’s temple as we pray at the Western Wall.. Enjoy time for shopping in Jerusalem before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight. (B/D)

  8. Day 8 - QUMRAN / MASADA / DEAD SEA

    Today we journey south to Qumran, site of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the tel of ancient Essene community. Continue south to visit the spectacular mountaintop fortress built by Herod that is famous for being the last stronghold of the Jewish rebellion against the Romans. From the top of Masada, the Roman camps and siege ramp can still be seen. Then go to the shores of the Dead Sea to feel the saltiest water on earth! This evening, enjoy dinner and overnight in our Jerusalem hotel. (B/D)

  9. Day 9 - OLD CITY / POOL OF BETHESDA / GARDEN TOMB / GORDON’S CALVARY

    Continue our journey through the Old City to the Cardo. This ancient marketplace has ruins that date back to the Judean monarchy among modern shops. View the Pool of Bethesda (John 5: 1-31) where Jesus performed the Sabbath miracle. Sense the agony of Christ’s crucifixion at Gordon’s Calvary (Luke 23) and experience the exhilaration and reality of the resurrection at the Garden Tomb. After our final dinner in Israel, prepare for departure back to the USA. (B/D)

  10. Day 10 - ARRIVE IN USA

    Today we arrive in the USA with a lifetime of memories to cherish.
