Group agreement received from our Sales Department with tour departure date, prices and itinerary.
|
|
|
Brochures obtained from our Mail Department for distribution and recruitment of passengers.
|
|
|
YOU MUST SEND IN A REGISTRATION FORM FOR HOSTS OR CO-HOSTS TRAVELLING WITH YOUR GROUP.
|

|
Your tour passenger list will be mailed to you on a monthly basis.
|
|
|
|
|
120 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
|
|
|
|
Contact Sales Department with status update.
|
|
|
|
|
|
90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
|
|
|
|
Final payments are due for all passengers registered to travel.
|
|
|
|
Review passenger list for unpaid account balances and follow-up.
|
|
|
|
Passenger registrations that are submitted after 90 days will be considered late adds and may accrue
additional costs including a late registration penalty of $100 if we are able to add them. Any unpaid balances, passengers are subject to Cancellation.
|
|
|
|
Unfortunately passengers with unpaid balances will be canceled and cancellation fees will be applied.
|
|
|
45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
|
|
|
|
Visa application
deadline. All participants must have completed and submitted the visa information form for programs including Egypt and Jordan. (NOTE: USA and Canadian Citizens are not required to obtain a visa for an "Israel Only" program)
|
|
|
|
Rooming lists will be finalized. If roommate assignments have not been submitted by the tour host, roommates will be automatically assigned.
|
|
|
|
Passengers without a roommate will be assessed the single room supplement.
|
|
|
|
First crediting will be done for the tour host. Instructions for distribution of earned host benefits is required by the tour host.
|
|
|
|
|
|
21 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
|
|
|
|
Final tour documents are mailed to each tour passenger. This packet will contain airline tickets and final hotel and air schedules.
|
|
|
|
Crediting for the tour host will be finalized.
|
|
|
|
|
|
14 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
|
|
|
|
Host benefits (if applicable) will be mailed.
|
|
|
|
PASSENGER CORRESPONDENCE
|
|
|
|
Passengers registrations, calls and faxes should be directed to the Operations Department. Phone extension is 590 for the Holy Land
division and 525 for the Europe division.
