CANCELATIONS

Step 1: Inform NTS that you are canceling your travel program

Call our office to let us know: 863-644-6261
Put your cancellation in writing via ONE of the following methods:
via email
via fax: 863-647-4411
via mail: Attn Passenger Service PO Box 6378 Lakeland FL 33807

Step 2: Contact Trip Mate to complete paperwork

Call Trip Mate at 800-888-7292 (Plan Number 427N)
All Cancellations -- even "Cancel for No Reason" passengers -- must contact Trip Mate
Visit the Trip Mate web site for further details

ALL OTHER CLAIMS
