Passports

A passport book (not a passport card) is required for the vast majority of destinations that our tours and cruises visit. In addition, most foreign governments require that your passport not expire within six months of your return date. We also recommend that your passport book has at least two blank pages for stamps.

Already Have Your Passport?

Please submit a photo of the photo page from your passport to docs@travelwithus.com by 105 days prior to departure for land tours and 150 days prior to departure for cruises. We need this photo to book your flights and hotels.

Don’t Have a Passport?

To obtain a passport, visit the US Department of State.

COVID-19 Vaccination Cards

Some countries require proof of vaccination. Please submit a photo of both sides of your COVID-19 vaccination card to docs@travelwithus.com. It is vital that all received COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters and the date they were received are clearly legible in the photos. This should be submitted 105 days prior to departure for land tours and 150 days prior to departure for cruises.
