Charles and Alice were both born and raised in Texas where he began his ministry and served as a state evangelist. After graduating from high school he and Alice attended West Coast Bible College in Fresno, CA, where he earned his B.A. in Christian Ministries. While in school they evangelized throughout California, Oregon and Washington, falling in love with the West Coast. After graduation they moved to Cleveland, TN to attend the Pentecostal Theological Seminary where he earned his M.Div and where he is currently a candidate in the doctoral program .

The Fischers have served 12 years as State Youth And Discipleship Directors in Washington, Oklahoma and Southern Ohio. They have pastored for 16 years in Indianapolis, IN and Longview, WA. and have spent 2 years serving as Administrative Bishop in Alaska before coming to California/Nevada as Administrative Bishop 4 years ago.

They have three grown children Joel Fischer, Lauryn Montgomery and her husband Brandon. They have one grandchild, Micah that is the delight of their life!
