Pastor John and his wife Kathy have served with and supported Pastor John Nuzzo and Michelle's ministry since 1986. He served on the Board of Directors for Victory Family Church for several years and also served in several outreach ministry positions.
Pastor Spencer received a B.A. in Education from Fairmont State College, an M.S. from West Virginia University, a diploma from Victory Bible Training in Huntington, West Virginia, and a B.A. and Master's degree in Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. He has taught on the high school, college, and graduate school levels.
